Support cards are questions that will help you live your emotions without harming yourself. To support yourself with the right to your true feelings. And also to receive sincere compassion from yourself.
Task cards will help you find resource activities, structure your time in a way that will help your mind and body get through this period. These cards can be used as tasks for the day or completed at times when it is especially difficult to cope.
These cards will appear throughout the game to help normalize feelings, remind us of what is happening, and point out things that we sometimes cannot comprehend due to the acute reactions characteristic of this period.
1. Find a comfortable spot where you can concentrate.
2. Put the cards face down. We also recommend taking a notebook and a pen.
3. Answer the questions by writing down your answers.
4. Not all questions will be answered immediately. That's okay. You can go back to some of the cards after a while.
5. Allow yourself to reflect deeply on yourself. Observe yourself, think about your experiences, actions, feelings and reactions.
6. When you move on to the tasks, choose something you can do today. Consider these cards as practical tasks to help you cope with the breakup.
