  1. Sit comfortably.
  2. Place the question cards facing down.
  3. You can answer the questions one at a time, or by addressing the question to a specific person, or to everyone together. Choose the form of the game that is convenient for you.
  4. The first player reads the card, and the player who answered the card reads the next card and addresses it to another player. And so in turn.
  5. Allow each other to express themselves, reflect, communicate.
  6. During the game, you will find special cards with wording that will help you empathically convey your feelings and needs. Come back to them when you need these tools outside of the game.
  7. Answer sincerely!
